Argiris, the owner, is a genuinely friendly and helpful guy. The property itself was clean and looked nice, with free parking on a quiet street. You can walk to the town Centre in just a few minutes. If you visit Evia, stay at this studio. I loved the experience, 10+!

Argyris was incredibly friendly and ready to help with any questions. He even made an app with local places and shops to visit. The room was spotless and equipped far beyond what I could have imagined, with loving attention to the details. It had such a beautiful, relaxing feel. Lying on the couch, I wanted time to stop and stay in this little room forever. All I can say is bravo and thank you. See you again!

The room had everything we needed, right down to popcorn, and every little detail had been taken care of. The host, Argyri, was truly incredible, and so were the hospitality and the care put into the room. So if you’re reading this, don’t overthink it, you know what to do! Thank you, Argyri, Mary, and Christina.

The host gave us tips about things to do in the area, and the place had everything we needed plus plenty more. It’s in a very central spot, so we could walk everywhere. We had a great stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend it!

Renovated, tidy, and thoughtfully detailed. It’s very close to the center, so the location is excellent. A very good choice.
