AELIA Apartments-Old Port Chania

The apartments are clean and spacious, and the view is of a cute little garden. I’ve stayed here twice and will definitely come again. The location makes it easy to get everywhere, and we won’t forget our host, Alexander, who was super friendly and helpful. He became our friend. Definitely recommend staying here in Chania!

I found this a peaceful, relaxing place, set around a lovely garden courtyard that keeps the city bustle out. The apartment is bright, spacious, clean, and has everything you could need. The host is always available with advice or help, almost like a professional concierge. He even lent me a beach umbrella so I didn’t have to buy one. It’s central but in a nice area that doesn’t feel very touristy, about a 10-minute walk from the City Center. Around the corner there’s a square with lots of good restaurants, a bakery, and shops. I used the apartment as a base to explore Chania and other cities and beaches within 1,5h.

Everything was spotless and tidy, and the apartment had a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of space. We picked it because we wanted a comfortable stay with a newborn, and it worked out well. The location is very central, with everything reachable on foot even with the stroller. A lovely place, everything was perfect.

Mr Alexander, the owner, was friendly and caring, and left us welcome amenities plus some homemade sweets, a lovely gesture. Aelia Apartments in Old Port Chania were clean and comfortable, with a peaceful atmosphere that made for a relaxing break. The location was a big advantage, right by the Old Port, waterfront, and charming streets. It exceeded my expectations, and I’d highly recommend it for an easy and enjoyable stay in Chania.
