The staff at Antel really made the stay. The receptionists were incredibly friendly and helpful, with food suggestions, taxi help, and even a cheap tour bus booking to a nearby beach. The blonde receptionist, whose name I forgot, let us check into one of our rooms early because my friend hadn’t slept and has a heart condition. We really appreciated that. The rooms were spacious, clean, modern, and felt more like an apartment than a hotel, with a living room and a big fridge. I felt at home there. It’s my favourite hotel so far, and we’ll definitely come back. ^^

The front desk staff were all friendly and easy to talk to, and they gave us good tips on where to go and what to eat. The rooms were large and cozy, so the place never felt cramped. If we return to Chania, I’d book here again.

The team made it hard to leave. They helped us find a post office, stored our bags, booked taxis and restaurants, and were cheerful with their good mornings even when we arrived or left at odd hours. Everyone went out of their way for us. The hotel is in a great spot, and the rooms stayed really quiet despite being beside the main bus station. A big efcharusto to Nicos, Xanthe, Olga and the whole team.

It’s close to Chania Old Town, Nea Chora Beach, supermarkets, restaurants, and plenty of other conveniences. The apartment was clean, modern, thoughtfully laid out, and had everything we needed. Everyone was welcoming and helpful at any time of day, and the service was superb. ANTEL Suites & Apartments was an incredible place to stay while enjoying Chania. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

The apartments are modern and exceptionally clean, better than some top hotels I’ve stayed in. The place is easy to find beside the bus station, with an easy walk to the port and restaurants. Communication before arrival was straightforward, and the staff were very friendly. A really nice find.
