The kitchen was clean and functional, and the shower had good pressure and plenty of room. The owners provide everything you could wish for, and more. It's a very clean, three-story apartment on a narrow street lined with small restaurants, not far from the harbour. The beds are comfy, the rooms have air conditioning and TV, and the owners supply everything for the shower too. The stairs are steep to each floor, but it's a 500-year-old building and they didn't bother me. We really enjoyed our stay at Aphrodite House. If we come to Chania again, we'll book here. Many thanks.

We had a lovely week here, with nice facilities and a great location. The people were lovely too. We'd left a robe behind, and they kindly sent it to us free of charge. Highly recommend this place.

On the second day I was so taken with the house that I wandered around the nearby area instead of exploring Chania. I've stayed in dozens of countries and hundreds of places, but nowhere has been as beautiful. It was the nicest house I've ever slept in.
