I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back. The place was cozy, with excellent AC and a great location close to everything. Street parking was easy to find. There isn't a receptionist, but the owners reply quickly, and the cleaning lady came regularly during our stay.

I went all-inclusive. The food was okay, but it was cold, and the desserts were the same boring options every night. I didn't see any afternoon snacks being served. The smaller of the two hotels really isn't suited to all-inclusive, though I can't speak for the larger one since I didn't stay there. The friendly staff are the one thing I can give a five for.

The rooms were nice and tidy, with high ceilings, and everything worked properly, including the AC, TV, and shower. The daily cleaning was thorough, the wifi was great, and there was a little patio for a drink or a smoke. It felt safe and welcoming. This is a lovely family hotel in central Chania, within walking distance of the old town and surrounded by shops and supermarkets. There's a lovely café right in front serving great coffees and pastries. The beach is five blocks away, and you can take a bus there. Strongly recommended!

The place was clean and cosy, but the street outside is exceptionally busy and loud. Traffic noise came through even in the interior rooms, and closing the shutters didn’t make a difference.
