There were so many thoughtful things waiting for us: orange juice, water, butter, tsikoudia, fruit, chocolates, toast and honey in the fridge and room. I’ve stayed in several places and have never had service like this. Mrs. Eleni welcomed us with a smile and was so hospitable and pleasant. The room itself was excellent, beautifully decorated, quiet, and there was parking. George the manager was just as excellent and helpful. He gave us a full list of shops and attractions and where to find them, checked in on us during our stay, and thanked us when we left. I definitely recommend it and will choose it again on my next visit to Chania.
