Our family loved this place. There's a small grocery at the end of the block with basics like fruit, soap, snacks, and liquor, and plenty of street parking if you've rented a car. The kitchen has what you need for a few meals, though the nearby restaurants are wonderful. The coffee maker takes pads, which I hadn't used before, but I found them easily at the larger grocery. The patio looks out over Nea Chora beach, with a short set of stairs down to the sand and cafes and restaurants just a brief walk away. The natural beach to the west is close and peaceful. Nea Chora was busier, and daily cabana rentals were worth it. The outdoor spa pool was refreshing after walking around old town, perhaps 30-40 min away on foot. Beds were comfortable, and the AC responded quickly when we turned it back on after being out for the day. Sliding doors open up the space for a breeze. There's a laundry machine inside and a clothes line on the patio. We stayed here in August 2025, and the whole visit was very easy and relaxing.

It's a quiet street, yet only 15 min on foot to Chania center. The well stocked grocery store is 2 min away, and the boulevard restaurants are a 5 min walk. There are a few beaches close by, busier ones by the boulevard and quieter ones to the left of the property. You can go for a morning swim and be back for breakfast. We arrived at 12, ahead of the 3pm check-in, and early check-in was no problem. The apartment is large, spacious, and has an amazing sea view. We knew about the unfinished building across the street and didn't mind. I'd rather have that than neighbors peeping through the windows 😀 There are 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds, but one has no air-conditioning. The A/C worked very well, and the windows also had roller shutters. In the bedroom facing the sea, you can sleep to the sound of the waves. The two downsides were really poor wifi and a fridge that didn't work properly. We were told about it, but nobody came to fix it during our stay.

There's a huge lounge and kitchen, and every bedroom has air con. The apartment was large, well equipped, and in an excellent spot, about a 50 m walk from the beach.

The staff were so friendly! We had the superior suite with an inside hot tub, and the shower even had a hammam setting. Best service I've ever had!

Parking is available right in front of the building. The apartment is lovely and the location is perfect, just 10m from the beach. The neighboring house is currently a construction site, though.
