Casa Delfino Hotel & Spa

We visited during the off-season, but the service was still exceptional. Margarita, the Director, Nikos at breakfast, and everyone we met across reception and housekeeping showed real warmth and dedication. They were always smiling and ready with recommendations for museums, restaurants and worthwhile local spots. Casa Delfino is beautiful, with a charming atmosphere that made us feel relaxed right away. Their hospitality made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended.

We came to the area with our kids to finish paperwork for our Greek visas, and the hotel staff made the experience for us. They were sweet with the children, upgraded our room and helped us print what we needed. The hotel itself is beautiful and well cared for, too. We had an amazing stay at Casa Delfino and will be back when we’re in Chania again!

We were treated like royalty, and the staff’s service was exemplary. The breakfast buffet was yummy, and both the room and bed were very comfortable. Casa Delfino is a beautiful, authentically Cretan property in Chania old town, a stone’s throw from everything. The location was perfect. We even met the owner Margarite on our last day, and she went out of her way with recommendations for our onward journey. One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

The penthouse suite had breathtaking views, the kind that make you pause and take it all in. We came to Casa Delfino at the start of our honeymoon, and the whole visit felt special. It was more like staying in someone’s beautiful home than a hotel. Margarita and her wonderful staff welcomed us warmly and made the start of our honeymoon truly memorable. They took care of our luggage, so everything felt seamless and stress-free. They’d been attentive even before we arrived, helped us rent a car and save money, arranged a great spa day, and had wine waiting for us. Margarita’s food recommendations were flawless, every place exceeded expectations. And breakfast was one of the best we had in Greece. She told us her mom makes everything homemade, and you could taste the care in every bite. Before we left, Margarita mentioned they’re expanding and adding another hotel to their name. She encouraged us to come back in a few years, and we absolutely plan to. We can’t wait to return. If you’re considering a stay here, don’t hesitate. Highly, highly, highly recommend.
