I was very happy with my stay. I went out of season, so it was pleasantly quiet. The beach has white pebbles rather than sand, and there are taverns nearby. The breakfast buffet didn't have any "black" bread. Luckily, I'd brought my own milk because I'm lactose intolerant.

The family is so generous and lovely, and the food was great. At night, hearing the water lap against the beach was glorious. It felt like a real retreat, and it's one of my favorite places in Greece. The rooms take you back to the 1970s, but that turned out to be a wonderful visit. Just relax and enjoy the peace and the gifts of Posiedon.

September 2024. I spent three nights here, and the area was wonderfully relaxing. The hotel is right on the beach, tucked away at the end of the road, so it feels very private. The beach is pebbly, but the sand in the water is lovely. There's a food and drink hut right on the beach, and the staff were great. The room was clean and comfortable.

We arrived at 4:00 A.M. and got great service, even though we hadn't expected much from this hotel we came across on the way to the Peloponnese. In the morning we realized how close it was to the wonderful beach, and wished we'd known sooner so we could've booked at least one more night. Floating on your back and looking at the mountains is priceless. Be ready to travel back to the 80s...

When we stayed in May 2016, the season had barely started and only a few rooms were occupied. The owners were wonderful, friendly people and such a joy to talk to. Our room was clean, the food was great, and the place was peaceful. There isn't much around, but the train can take you to Athens or wherever you want to go. The beach was beautiful, though the water was cold. We slept with the windows open every night, listening to the waves, and it was comfortable. The hotel is older, but the family makes it feel nice and welcoming. We plan to come back. We just hadn't realized the beach was pebbles rather than sand, so we didn't bring beach shoes.
