Eleni went above and beyond when we were arriving very late. She sent me a personal video showing how to enter the hotel, get the room key, and operate the air conditioning and patio door. The location was ideal, with little wine and coffee bars, restaurants, and shops all around. Our junior suite with a patio was gorgeous. The entry area had a sofa made up as a bed for our son, plus a mini kitchen with a coffee maker, fridge, dishes, cutlery, and glasses. The bathroom was spacious, with shelves for toiletries, a huge shower, and excellent water pressure. The separate main bedroom had a very comfortable bed, lots of clothing storage, extra pillows and blankets, and even beach towels. The room's marble wall panels gave it an exquisite mix of modern and old-world style, and the air conditioning worked very well. There's no elevator, but my husband was strong enough to carry our luggage upstairs. The only thing I wished for was a shower shelf for shampoo bottles. I'd absolutely stay here again if I return to Chania.

We'd happily come back. The bedroom was even more beautiful than expected, with lovely decor and lighting you could adjust fully or partially. The bed was very comfortable, and there were four pillows to choose from. The bathroom was superb, with amenity kits provided, and the room also had an ironing board, iron, and a proper hairdryer. Our balcony looked onto a little stone-built street in Chania's old town. The location was great, just a few minutes from the Harbour. Everything was perfect, and I'm so grateful for the stay.

We found plenty of parking spots down the street. If they're all taken, waiting around 10-15 minutes may do the trick, since people are constantly leaving. The room was bright and well furnished with quality pieces, and we could adjust the lighting to suit ourselves. It had everything for making tea or coffee, plus a nice balcony with a small table and a lovely view over an old street. A comfortable place for visiting Chania, thanks for the stay!

Eleni made things easy even before we got there. She parked her bike in a carpark early so we could use the spot for our hire car. Her suggestions for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and beaches were all spot on. The room was very clean and gets cleaned daily. It's on the main road into Old Town, close to everything and not far from public parking, though finding a space is difficult, especially near dinner time. You can hear a bit of noise from passersby, but it's not too bad.
