Elia Estia - Erato

We were so disappointed. The hotel isn't as it looks on the website, and it wasn't made clear that only rooms 8/9/10 have water views. Our room looked out over a dirty backyard instead. Service was poor from the start: they didn't even want to meet us at the room, and we had to insist before anyone would bring the key. The people running the office were rude and arrogant every time we dealt with them. I don't recommend staying here.

A young gentleman made check-in easy and welcoming, and the service was fantastic. The rooms are beautiful and have everything you need. From the balcony, there's a stunning view over the Old Town marina. You're right in the middle of everything here. Highly recommended!

We had a great view from the balcony and found the rooms comfortable, with good amenities. The hotel is a minute's walk from the Old Venetian Port, with plenty of places to eat nearby, and Old Town and the central shopping district are within walking distance too. We'd definitely come back.

The shared terrace has a great view across Chania's Old Venetian Port, and the atmosphere feels warm and welcoming. The suites are spacious and clean, and you're right in Chania's old town. One of the best places to stay here.
