Georgia is the reason this place feels so easy to return to. She replies right away and is incredibly kind and helpful. I’m here for the second year in a row, and everything works well again: always-hot water, a good coffee machine for the balcony, crisp ironed cotton sheets, and a comfortable bed.

You’re right in the middle of town, with all the Old Town spots easy to get to. The host was accommodating, and the room was excellent, with my own balcony too. I’ll book it again next time.

Even arriving late at night, I found check-in quick and easy. Georgia was a friendly, lovely host. The room was clean and practical, right in the town centre, with restaurants, local shops, and the seaside all easy to reach. I’d recommend staying here.

Georgia and Tony made the stay especially memorable. They offered suggestions and helped arrange excursions and negotiate good car rental deals. The hotel is a little gem in the very heart of Chania's Old Town, the tourist hub, so expect some extra noise. It may not suit families, but it’s a great pick for couples wanting to enjoy the lively nightlife. There are cultural, food, and entertainment spots all around to explore. We had an awesome time.

We’re already looking forward to staying here again on our next trip to Crete. The rooms are comfortable, unusually decorated, very clean, and have everything you might need. Georgia was a wonderful host, greeting us around midnight for check-in and ready with loads of information. She knows so many people that she could probably help make almost any Cretan dream happen. I don’t know why the previous reviewer gave one star, since they left no comment.
