The location is ideal, right by the old venetian harbour and close to the great local restaurants Alex recommended. Alex made us feel welcome from the start, and the welcome beers and fruit were a lovely touch. Our room faced the street, and the old sliding window and shutters didn’t block much noise. Room 4 also had the AC directly over the bed, so the airflow felt too cold and direct. A plexi shield might help. Thanks for hosting us!

We only stayed three nights at Kasteli Suites, but the apartment was so clean and nicely decorated, with fresh towels each day. Alex was a wonderful host and made us feel at home. We loved it and would happily stay at Kasteli again. Thanks, Alex, for making our visit so lovely ❤️

The host was the best part, and we’re so glad we got to meet him and his family. The place is clean and comfortable, with an inner yard that keeps out the city noise. Chania’s sights are all within easy walking distance, too.

It’s not cheap, but we got a spacious two-storey apartment with a mountain view, quiet surroundings, comfortable beds, and a huge terrace. The owner, Alex, kindly offered us wine to enjoy there, and we could dry our swimsuits after a day at the sea. Being right in central Chania was a big plus, and the parking Alex provided could make all the difference if you’ve rented a car to explore the area. This place was a welcome rescue after the different accommodation we’d booked before arriving in Chania. A new hairdryer, a proper kitchen fob for anyone who wants to cook, and attention to the washing machine might improve things, though those details depend on what each guest needs. We had a very pleasant stay, and Alex was always available and friendly.

We loved our stay at Kastelli Suites. The apartment had everything we needed, and it was cleaned every day. Our host was welcoming and helpful, answering all our questions and suggesting places to see, things to do, how to get around, and some lovely spots for local food. We’d recommend staying here without hesitation.
