The reception service was a real highlight. The woman there was very nice and responsive, and arranged a good taxi for us at a great price. The cleaning was excellent too. Towels were changed every day, and when I needed an iron, the polite cleaning lady brought one promptly. Magia Apartments gave us a good base in Chania, and the apartment was clean. It's not especially modern, but has the essentials, including a well-equipped kitchen with a stove and supplies. There was no tumble dryer, which surprised me, though it didn't affect my stay much. The bathroom and shower area are on the small side, so that may matter to some guests. I'd recommend it to people looking for a clean, well-located place.

We had a great stay at Magia apartments. The hosts were helpful, and the place was very clean. It's outside the old town, but only a short walk away, and there's a great beach nearby. Highly recommend.

We've come back for our holidays a second time, including for our honeymoon, because we love this place. The owner, reception staff and room cleaner are all really friendly, and the service is perfect. The apartment is right by the sea, with good sea views from the balconies, and also near the old town while still a little outside the main tourist area. Prices are good, and the best taverne is five minutes away on foot. We'll definitely come again!

We spent three nights here and really enjoyed it. The apartment has a great view and a lovely interior, and the kitchen is well equipped. The front desk staff were nice, and the janitor was helpful. It’s easy to reach a supermarket and good restaurants, while Chania town is about 15 minutes away. We’d come back if we visit Chania again.

The place was great, just a minute from the beach and an easy, slow 15-minute walk to the Venetian port. The staff helped us arrange excursions and took care of everything else we needed for a wonderful stay.
