Leptos Panorama Hotel

Georgia, the supervisor, kept an eye on everything and took such good care of us throughout the stay. The conditions were excellent, the rooms beautiful, and the meals delicious and refined. The reception team handled a few small issues quickly on our first night, and the restaurant staff were fantastic. We had an incredible stay, with first-class food and drinks and a beautiful view from our room. The staff were amazing, especially the bar staff Betty, Stavros, Nikos & George. I’d say this is one of the best run all inclusive hotels we’ve stayed in.

The sunsets are out of this world, and the hotel has amazing views. It’s close enough to Chania to enjoy the old town, but self contained enough to make it easy to spend the day relaxing by the pools, beach, and sunshine. There are several pools, including an infinity pool, and optional pool activities were available when we visited. Giorgia and her team are helpful and friendly. They let us leave our luggage while we explored for a few days, then welcomed us back like old friends, with a bottle of wine and baklava platter both times. Leptos Panorama is a fabulous luxury hotel that still feels personal. The breakfasts are generous, and the buffet dinners are good value. Absolutely recommended.

It’s a lovely, peaceful hotel for a break, and I really relaxed there. The staff were warm and wonderful, and I felt well looked after along with my two children. We had fresh, delicious food every day, with plenty of variety at the themed dinners. I highly recommend it!
