Loucerna Suites Chania

We had a late arriving flight, so the location near the airport worked great. From the property, the city looks amazing at both sunrise and sunset. The staff were kind and helpful, and communication via whatsapp was good. Our room was large with comfy beds, and breakfast on the balcony was lovely. Highly recommend.

The city center is just a few minutes away by car, so the hotel feels convenient and peaceful. Our room had an incredible view, especially in the evening when we watched the sunset. It was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided every day. The staff at Loucerna were incredibly kind and greeted us with a big smile every time. Everything was amazing!

We had everything we needed in the rooms, plus a comfortable parking lot, a seating area with a great view, and a restaurant. The hotel is on a central road with easy access in every direction. Management was caring, helpful, and professional, and the service went beyond what they promised. I recommend meeting the hotel managers and asking for their city tips. I’d come back without hesitation.

A month later, I’m already longing to come back. This small family business shows what hospitality can be, with tourism expertise, real passion, and above all, authentic, human service. They treated me like both a VIP and a friend, which stood out among hundreds of hotel stays over the years. I highly recommend the place and can’t wait to return.
