Katerina clearly sets a warm tone at M City Hotel, and you can see her care in the way everything is run. On our bed, a rose and a heart were waiting for us, a small gesture that made us feel remembered. The staff have a way of making guests feel at home rather than like temporary visitors, which is why booking again for 2026 felt easy. This was our second stay, after visiting during the busy season in August 2025. The central location is hard to beat, the hotel is meticulously clean, and it feels like good value. We also enjoyed the traditional Cretan breakfast, which seemed lovingly made rather than mass-produced. We'd happily return and hope others get to enjoy M City Hotel's hospitality and Chania too.

The staff made our seven nights especially good. They were friendly, keen to help, and had plenty of suggestions for restaurants and places to explore. You could tell they cared about how our stay went. Our room was spotless, spacious and quiet. The hotel itself feels cozy and modern, with a welcoming atmosphere, and it's recently renovated. Breakfast had fresh food, a nice variety and good ingredients. It was a great base for seeing Chania and the rest of Crete. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

Breakfast had lots of healthy choices and was great. The two women on staff were so friendly, too. The room was clean and modern, and the hotel is right in Chania's city center. I'd recommend it and the staff to anyone.

Katarina was wonderful and ready to help with anything. The rest of the staff were helpful and informative whenever we needed assistance. M City Hotel is a lovely boutique place in central Chania, just a short walk from the Old Town, and breakfast was very good.

We had a fairly roomy, clean room, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is great for visitors, and having parking right across from the hotel was a bonus. Breakfast wasn't that good, though being able to squeeze fresh orange juice ourselves made up for some of it. I'd definitely come back.
