Madame Hortense Hotel

The breakfast at Ēstro bar, just a minute from the hotel, deserves a mention. Andreas and his professional team have made it a special part of the stay. The lovely rooms, with their bathrooms, felt luxurious, and everything was clean and tidy thanks to the housekeeper, whose name we never learned. At Madame Hortense, the location was perfect, and Vereniki and the owner were always available and happy to help. From the moment we arrived, the whole place felt like a fairy tale. Maria, the maid, was such a kind lady, and the rooms were beautiful. The owner of the bar and Emma were both lovely and kept checking whether I was all right or needed anything. Thanks for a lovely stay in your beautiful hotel 😊

Madame Hortense is right in the old town, close to the picturesque harbor and within easy walking distance of Chania's charming streets, shops and restaurants. The hotel's intimate feel comes from its five rooms, which are beautifully decorated with premium materials, elegant furniture and carefully chosen artwork. The rooms combine modern luxury with a sophisticated but inviting atmosphere. For anyone looking for a stylish place in a prime location with attentive service, I highly recommend it. I can't wait to return.
