Minaret Suites & Apartments

The area is so convenient for walking everywhere, with excellent restaurants, cafes, and food options nearby. It felt extremely safe, even late at night when I was traveling alone. I loved the facilities, especially the beautiful balcony rooms, and the staff were kind, helpful, and accommodating. I preferred a different room with a balcony, and the wonderful staff let me switch and helped carry my bags upstairs since there's no lift. I loved my stay and have no doubt I'll be back. Thanks for making it perfect!

Constantina was wonderful and gave us valuable suggestions on where to go and eat. The apartment also had plenty of thoughtful touches, like a drying rack on the balcony and wine glasses, plus a spacious balcony that was lovely for an evening drink. It was very clean and well maintained, with nice furnishings, a big shower cubicle, strong water pressure, and luxurious toiletries. Conveniently placed near both new Chania and the Old Town, it's about 550 meters from the Venetian harbour. Really good value for the price, and I'd stay again next time.

Smooth check-in, very clean rooms, and all the amenities we needed. The hotel is right in the old town, close to some great bars and restaurants. Highly recommend it.

We were in town for a bachelorette party, and Konstantina, who manages the place, surprised us with a lovely gesture we really appreciated. Everyone on staff was welcoming and helpful, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. We loved sitting on the balcony above the lively street. Even with restaurants and bars nearby, the windows shut out the noise really well and we slept peacefully. The location is excellent, with shops and places to eat close by and the port just a short walk away. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.
