The rooms are big and really comfortable, and the staff are very nice. Breakfast was awesome, and our stay was amazing. We especially loved the gourmet meal with wine pairings at the event at almyvita that night. For the best spot by the old Venetian harbor, get a room overlooking the lighthouse.

The view and location were fantastic, and the hotel feels new, lovely, and really beautiful. We were in room 8, away from the sea, and the one issue was the noise from restaurants on the street collecting glass bottles in a container between 3 and 5 at night. We raised it with the staff, who handled our complaint very professionally. Their friendliness and care were much appreciated.

We had a really pleasant stay. The staff were so friendly, and the facilities are excellent. The rooms are lovely and new, and the location is ideal if you want to be near the city centre.

Getting here with luggage means walking a short distance, since cars can't reach the place. Still, it's absolutely worth it. The location is spot on, and evenings weren't too noisy. You'd be hard pressed to find a better place in Chania.
