The reception staff were kind and helpful, and we appreciated it all so much. We had a wonderful stay here, as well as at the other Mosaic Hotel near the busstation. The rooms were spacious and well equipped, with a lovely mix of classic and modern touches.

The view was amazing, and everything was clean and perfect. The location was perfect too, but it was very, very noisy.

Michaela even got in touch after my boyfriend left his AirPods behind, and kept them safe for us to pick up when we passed through again. She was so kind and helpful throughout. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location in Chania is beautiful. We got some great suggestions for our trip, too. We’d happily stay here again.

The two women at reception brought birthday gifts up to my room on our last day. Such a thoughtful surprise! I spent my birthday weekend here and loved it. The room was clean and nice, right in the old town with a view of the water, and everyone was so sweet and friendly. I’d absolutely come back. Love this hotel!

Right by the old Venetian Port in CHANIA, CRETE, the setting is so picturesque. The people were friendly and ready to help with whatever we needed for a comfortable stay.
