Mosaic

The rooms are gorgeous, spotless, stylish, and full of character. Those beautiful floor tiles add so much charm, and the location made a perfect starting point for exploring the city. My sister and I had a wonderful time at Mosaic. The reception ladies were welcoming and so helpful, nothing felt like too much trouble. Highly recommended, we’d happily stay here again.

The staff are really friendly, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are big. It’s close to the city centre, though it can get a bit noisy outside, but that’s Greece :). Finding a free parking spot may take a while.

Getting to the Venetian harbor was an easy short walk, and the hotel is tucked away from the crowds. Before we arrived, our flight was delayed, so Rania from reception called and offered to stay late to check us in properly instead of just leaving a key at the desk. After a long travel day, that meant a lot. We’d come back in a heartbeat. Our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches like turndown service. The conditioner smelled amazing and left my hair so soft, and I’m still trying to find out what it was. Everyone at reception was warm, helpful, and accommodating. We’d arranged a spot in the municipal garage a block away ahead of time, and reserving it was easy. It was well worth it for peace of mind. At checkout, they gave us a little gift, a thoughtful sign of the hospitality we felt from start to finish. We absolutely loved our stay at Mosaic in Chania and highly recommend it.

The reception girls were so kind and beautiful, and the service and location were perfect. During our short three-day stay in Chania, they looked after our suitcases and even kept a block of cheese in their fridge. We’d carried it all the way from Australia! We could easily have stayed longer if we didn’t have other plans. Thank you so, so much!
