Nautilus Bay

The staff are what really make this hotel. Elena, Isabella, and Allessi (not sure of spelling!) were all so lovely and helpful. We stayed eight nights at the beginning of October, and it was very peaceful, with the beach right on the doorstep. The rooms are basic but very clean, and there's a little kitchenette and kettle if you want to make some food. The restaurant is really good, especially for lunch and dinner. Highly recommended.

The restaurant made meals easy, with tasty food, plenty to choose from, and reasonable prices. Breakfast had a good range too, and the pool was excellent. We also appreciated having free beach chairs set aside for hotel guests. Our room was one of the larger ones, shared by my husband, son, and me. It was spotless and roomy, with two balconies and huge, comfortable beds. I especially liked the mirror by the little seat, with its own light. Handy for getting ready, and a thoughtful touch. We stayed in Kissamos, Chania with friends and family, and had a lovely time. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean and well cared for. One drawback was the price, which felt high compared with other parts of Crete, even though we booked far ahead. Maybe that's the location. Still, we’d consider returning.

The beach right in front was clean and lovely, and seemed great for children. The pool was spotless too, and everyone on staff was so kind and helpful. This was our second time staying here, and we're already thinking about another visit. There’s something about Nautilus bay that makes it feel like home. Thanks for a few wonderful days in Kissamos. We really appreciate this city 😊

We could have stayed on the private beach forever. The restaurant food was delicious, and the hosts made us feel so welcome. A beautiful hotel, and a perfect place to stay in Creta.
