Comfortable, clean little hotel in a brilliant spot. Some balconies catch a glimpse of the harbour, a lovely way to begin the day, and the breakfast prepared by the lovely "Debbie" is another nice start. It stays surprisingly quiet for the location. The lift is handy, and the staff are fabulous.

The staff were the best part, so friendly and kind, and they made my birthday trip one I'll remember. The rooms and location were beautiful too. If you're going to Chania, this is where I'd stay. I can't wait to come back.

George gave us a warm welcome and was a great help with car hire and local tips. Everyone on staff was so friendly. Palazzo Duca is a lovely, intimate boutique hotel in a great spot in the beautiful Old Town, just behind the harbour. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return. Highly recommend. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable, though they're on the small side. Breakfast was good, and the hotel is conveniently located in the city center. The easiest free parking is at Talos square. There's a popular restaurant close by, so you should expect some evening noise.

George was a proper hotelier, full of local knowledge and happy to answer our questions about the town and community. He was also a great Concierge, Porter and Manager, and we felt reassured by the security at the establishment. Our suite was impeccably clean and had all the facilities we needed for a relaxing stay. The Spa outside was a special treat after a day of site seeing. We'll return and recommend Palazzo Duca as a great place to stay in Chania. Warm regards Catherine & Anthony
