We loved Arocaria apartments! The hosts were welcoming, kind, and always ready to help. Our room was new, beautifully designed, practical, and well equipped, and it was cleaned every day. The building is about 100m from the sandy beach, with lots of restaurants along the lovely pedestrian street, which is nice both day and night. Balconies with sea views get a gorgeous sunset. Our room faced the other way, so it was calm and pleasant, and we watched the sunset from the benches outside instead. It's a ten-minute walk by the sea to Chania old town. We had a rental car and found parking without trouble. A great base for exploring western and central Crete.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and well equipped, and the staff were so kind. We also had an amazing view of Nea Chora port. A truly lovely stay.

We had a fantastic stay, and the staff clearly work hard to make it memorable. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. The rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels came every two days. My one tiny gripe is that the mattresses could use an upgrade, but otherwise I'd give it 9.8/10. The apartment has a fantastic view, and it's about a ten-minute walk to the old town centre for shopping, drinks, food, and lovely scenery. A massive thumbs up from me and my wife.

Spotlessly clean, with everything we needed despite the apartments being on the small side. The staff were very helpful, and clean towels were provided every other day. The location is ideal, just 50 yards from the beach and a 12-minute walk to the beautiful Venetian harbour. We'd definitely stay here again. I'd rate it 9 plus.

A great location, quiet but close to the old town. The rooms are modern and clean, and Fotis was a hospitable host, very helpful and with a great sense of humor.
