The location is excellent, but the place felt neglected and dusty. Over our week there, the room was cleaned and the towels changed just once. That could be a serious problem for people with allergies, since dust can affect breathing and sleep. I wouldn't come back, and I'd give it no more than three stars, based entirely on the location.

The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and room service was both helpful and excellent. Loved the terrace upstairs, too. It's close to the port and city center. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you :) Thank you!!!

Booked one of the updated apartments through Airbnb, and it was beautiful. The room was cool, nicely decorated, and had a strong shower and great air conditioning. The hosts were really helpful, and the little terrace was lovely for coffee and a book, or wine at sunset. The location is perfect for exploring Chania. I'd happily stay again!

The best part is the roof terrace, though we only got to spend one night here. We’ll definitely come back next time. The pension is right in the heart of Chania, with plenty of lovely cafes, bars, shops and restaurants around. The harbor is a two-minute walk away, and public parking is five minutes on foot. Everything was super clean, and the hosts were very nice. One room was spacious with a big shower; the other was a little small. Both were well equipped and had great showers. Thank you 🙏
