We arrived late at night and the owner greeted us warmly. The room was huge, lovely and very clean, with water, coffee and even an iron. The hotel is close to everything and the price was very reasonable. Thanks again, Madam, for being so kind. We'd choose your place again if we come back.

Our booking was confirmed, but on arrival the owner said we'd have to spend the first night in another room because the guests in the one we'd booked wanted to extend their stay. The replacement was a real downgrade, with a tiny bathroom, no proper shower and bad beds. There wasn't an apology. We were just told the city was nice and we could walk around, shop and get good food. Our other complaints were ignored, and we were offered only a small amount of compensation.

The WiFi was poor, and there isn't a proper kitchen, but neither was a deal breaker for us. The accommodation is beautifully designed, with two large rooms and a big bathroom. It's right by the centre, so it can get a bit noisier at night if you leave the balcony door open.

We'd choose this place again. We stayed in a deluxe suite in the old town, and it was clean, comfortable and so nicely decorated. The price was low, and the people there were welcoming and friendly. Thank you!

I've stayed at Polixeny suites more than five times and would recommend it 100%. Great location, excellent service and modern, upscale rooms. *Ps Ms Polixeny is the best guide in town!
