Elvira City Apartment

Right in the center of Chania, this apartment felt newly renovated and was exceptionally well organized by the owner. It had all the everyday appliances we needed, huge TVs in every room, and a lovely bathroom with a cabin. We were also greeted with beautiful, unexpected treats, and the owner helped arrange taxis and pointed us to nearby doctors and supermarkets. A lovely place to stay. Thanks for everything, we’ll recommend it to friends and come back.

Getting into the center took only a few minutes, and the apartment had two small balconies plus a comfortable veranda where we could eat breakfast. It was a very comfortable place. Finding free parking nearby was the one difficulty, at least in summer.

Elvira city apartment is a modern, lovely place on a quiet road, just minutes from Chania’s sights. We found it clean, welcoming, comfortable, and very well kept. It’s a nice choice for a stay of several days, with the city center close by but a peaceful spot to return to. I’d definitely recommend it.

We were left without help when the airline changed our flight, even though we needed to discuss the apartment booking and had paid for one night. The host never appeared or answered, and there was no phone number we could reach, only automated messages. We also couldn’t get an invoice to claim the flight costs. The rental car agency owner refunded us for a day without any questions, but this owner wouldn’t accommodate us. There’s no parking either. A terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend the place.
