Euphoria Resort - All Inclusive

The kids and I spent most of our time on the pebble beach, picking out pretty stones and watching fish. We could bring food and drinks, so we often stayed longer with a little something to eat. Even with our big family group, the beach, pool and restaurant never felt crowded. The staff were lovely and keen to help. The spa was a little disappointing, but it wasn't the main reason we came. Still, five stars across the board. Best hotel stay of my life. Cheers!

The grounds are gorgeous and very well kept, and our room was cleaned to a high standard every day. We loved the drinks selection and having unlimited bottled water. I enjoyed the holiday with my family, even though a few things stood out. The buffet got repetitive and had very few choices. On Indian night, for example, there were just two Indian dishes. It seemed like the options had thinned out as the season was ending. Some staff also seemed tired and weren't very friendly, though that was only a few of them. We did have regular staff who greeted us warmly with a smile. There wasn't much for children to do in the evenings. The entertainment was poor, and there didn't seem to be a proper place for it. We struggled to find somewhere the kids could play without worrying about disturbing other guests or getting in the way in the lobby. The ice cream truck also didn't always stick to its advertised hours. One day it was meant to be open until 5, but at 4:15 they said it wasn't operating. Face painting was scheduled from 7 to 7:45, but a little boy who arrived at 7:41 was turned away, and he left upset. I thought they could have shown more empathy and painted his face. It’s a beautiful hotel, but there could be more for families to do, and there isn't anywhere nearby to go out in the evening. Those things didn't stop us having a good time, but they were worth mentioning.

Euphoria returned our substantial advance payment when family circumstances forced us to cancel our August trip. They weren't obliged to refund it, and that gesture made me feel there are still decent, honest people in a tough business world. We were convinced to come back and booked for a month later. From our first interaction, the atmosphere felt warm and positive. The staff were all welcoming, and the hotel was fantastic for families with children. They'd thought through the details, from the pools, dining room, bars and stages to the lively shows and fun activities for kids. I don't usually write reviews, but this stay deserved one. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We'll definitely be back!

We were pleasantly surprised by the food. We expected it might be mediocre because it was all-inclusive, but the dishes were excellent and there was a wide choice. The potatoes were a bit too firm and could use some work. The beach is rocky but clean, with plenty of sunbeds. The rooms were spotless and well cared for, and the staff were exceptionally kind, always trying to meet guests' expectations. It's a high-quality hotel. The main thing missing is more rooms with a direct sea view.
