The location worked really well for us, with Chania centre no more than a 15-minute walk away and a bakery, supermarket, coffee shop and other places right nearby. We were there in summer 2021, two adults and two children, and had a fantastic family stay. The villa has plenty of room and is very well equipped. Josef was easy to reach and always helpful. We'd happily recommend Seafalios Villa.

The old town and its magnificent harbour are lovely, and it's an easy 15-minute walk from the villa, or about 20 minutes with children. The neighbourhood itself is quiet and affluent. There’s a bakery just a few doors away, plus a square with bars, restaurants, a supermarket and a playground about five minutes on foot. There’s also a large playground across from the villa, visible from the balcony. Martha made our arrival easy by arranging an airport taxi and welcoming us at the door. She was considerate and accommodating throughout, while giving us plenty of space. The villa has lots of room and traditional charm. We loved the pool and balcony, which look even better in person than in the photos. Staying here was a pleasure, and Chania itself is a delight. We’ll recommend Martha and Seafalios Villa to friends and family. Thank you!
