Spring Apartments

The location is central and local, with easy access to the port, shops, and everything Chania has to offer. Over the past three years, I’ve stayed at Spring Apartments and can confidently call it one of the best places I’ve experienced. Mrs. Anna’s management has consistently exceeded expectations, with personal attention, professionalism, proactive communication, and outstanding cleanliness and hygiene. Every stay has felt welcoming and well cared for. The people really set Spring Apartments apart. From the cleaning staff to management, everyone I’ve dealt with has been kind, dedicated, and professional. They’ve helped us before arrival and after departure as well as during our stays, even with issues outside the accommodation. My highest recommendation and heartfelt thanks to this wonderful team. Our group of 16 stayed at Spring Apartments, and the communication with Anna and her team was excellent from the start. They replied quickly, were professional and understanding, and worked with us throughout. As someone who leads tours all over Greece and often books several rooms for a group, I haven’t had such a good experience in the lead-up to a stay. Check-in went smoothly. Anna showed us each apartment individually and was there to answer questions. The apartments were spotless, modern, well equipped, and spacious, with renovations that had been thought through carefully. They’re away from Chania’s Main Street, so it’s calmer and quieter, but still only an 8-9 minute walk to the main shops and 10-12 minutes to the beautiful Old Town. Mini-markets, cafes, a pharmacy, and the KTEL bus station are close too. Everyone in our group was happy, and we’ll 100% return to Spring Apartments. I can’t say enough good things about Anna. She’s one of the kindest people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Thank you!!!

A perfect spot, clean and a walk from the center. The apartment was spacious and had everything needed, including A/C and a Smart TV. Private parking was very important!

The views from the windows and balcony were priceless, with sunrise, sunset, and snowy mountains to look at. The apartment felt like a five-star hotel, everything was new and working, and the price was below the market rate. It was an easy walk to Chania town, and the local neighborhood felt very safe. We visited in February, but the heater warmed the whole place. Our flight was cancelled, so we arrived five hours late. Anna waited for us despite having another appointment, and showed us how things worked even though her self check-in instructions were already clear. She also replied within minutes. I’d stay again. So many good points!
