I had everything I needed to cook, and the owner was very helpful. The place was clean, the bed comfortable, and the balcony had a sea view. There are also lovely views west towards the hills from the outdoor common areas, with nice walks up to the old monasteries. The pebble beach is just a few minutes away on foot. A coffee shop, butcher, minimart, and fruit and veg shop are next door. It's a 20 minute walk to Chios hospital, then 20 minutes from there to the port and town. There are more restaurants and cafes 20-30 minutes away both north and south.

The staff were lovely and helpful, and explained everything we needed to know about the island. Our rooms had a lovely sea view. Best hotel in Chios.

Yorgo made us feel very welcome and was a great help during our two nights at Seafront Studios & Apartments. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and right beside the sea. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

It was so peaceful at night, and the place was sparkling clean. I loved having the city nearby while a crystal-clear beach was right next door. We'll definitely come back!

We were able to check in early, and on arrival our host marked all the key spots for food, swimming, and sightseeing on a map. We stayed almost a week and slept well every night in the very comfortable bed. There was occasionally a tuned motorbike sound from the main road, but it was rare. The room had plenty of space, though we didn't use the kitchen facilities. The room was cleaned daily. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the building, and the hotel is about 10 minutes from Chios port. Each room has a balcony table and chairs, a comfortable place to sit in the evening after the sun goes down.
