Bella Vista Luxury Apartments

Set near the forest, it’s peaceful here, with birdsong and a lovely view. Golden beach is about a 10-minute walk, while Paradise beach is around 10 minutes by car. The apartments are new, luxurious, clean and comfortable, and they were tidied daily. The beds were very comfortable, and the towels, linens and bathroom toiletries were all high quality. There are exterior blinds on the windows, too. The host was very kind and available whenever we needed anything. It’s also welcoming to children and dogs. We’ve found our place in Thassos and plan to return next year. I’d highly recommend it for a full holiday.

The forest right beside the hotel kept the air cool and pleasant, so I didn’t even need the air conditioner. My terrace was enormous, bigger than the apartment, and I felt very comfortable there. Housekeeping was excellent: the apartment was cleaned every day, the sheets changed every other day, and towels and bathroom toiletries were provided. The owners were lovely and ready to help whenever needed. At first, I thought the beach was too far away, but that turned out not to matter. I usually drove to different beaches around the island anyway. Staying right by a beach would have meant paying twice as much for conditions that don’t compare with Bella Vista. I was very happy with my choice and could rest without worrying about discomfort. I strongly recommend Bella Vista Luxury Apartments.

Golden Beach is within walking distance, and the hotel is tucked among trees with fresh air all around. The family hosting us was lovely and helpful, and made us feel safe and welcome. It’s a brand-new hotel with bright rooms, clean, comfortable beds, and a kitchen stocked with the equipment we needed. There’s also a nice balcony for sitting with a drink. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in Thassos.

We were four adults, and the apartment had more than enough room. The kitchen had everything we needed, though we didn’t end up cooking. After each beach day we came back to a clean, tidy place, and the sheets and towels were changed every two days. Little touches like that made a difference. We loved the big balcony and the view, and the beach was about five minutes away by car. There are supermarkets, a bakery, restaurants, a pharmacy and other essentials nearby. The host was friendly, helpful and attentive to what we needed. Getting there was easy, and Limenaria Port is no more than 20 minutes away. A place I’d definitely return to.
