Soho Exclusive Suites

We had a peaceful, relaxing family holiday at Soho Exclusive Suites in Skala Potamia, Thassos, and would definitely return. Golden Beach, one of the island's most beautiful beaches, is only a short walk away. The hotel has two clean pools with free sunbeds, and breakfast was plentiful and varied. Our spotless room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and careful attention to hygiene. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommend it for a family stay.

The quiet evenings were a real plus, even though the suites are only about a five-minute walk from the beach. We had a roomy, modern suite with a private pool, and it worked very well for three of us. Four might fit too, I think. Housekeeping came daily, cleaned everything, and left fresh towels for both the beach and shower. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, and both pool areas were clean and pleasant. You could also get drinks, good coffee, and great sandwiches there. Breakfast was the one small letdown for me, though serving it outdoors is lovely and does bring some limitations. A GREAT stay, and one I’d strongly recommend.

Even though our flight from LDN was delayed and we got in later than planned, the team welcomed us warmly, checked us in quickly, and showed us to our room. The hotel is lovely and well placed for beaches, shops, and plenty of places to eat. Chris was especially helpful, with beach, restaurant, and bar suggestions, and even went out of his way to get dairy-free milk for my iced lattes. Antony kept making lovely drinks and checking whether we needed anything; Diana, Darius, and the rest of the team were friendly and professional too. The hotel food was lovely and reasonably priced. If you can, hiring a car is a good way to see the whole of Thassos, but there are enough amenities nearby to have a lovely stay without one.

We were so well looked after here. Vaso remembered our coffee orders and even arranged for the cleaners to work around our schedule. She handled our special requests with hardly any delay, and was absolutely brilliant. Chris from Greece, Vaso, and the rest of the staff were lovely and helpful. The suite has stunning views and sits in a great spot, just a five-minute walk from Golden Beach and some nice restaurants. We’d definitely return, and I’d recommend it to anyone considering a stay on the beautiful island of thassos.
