The rooms with sea views and jacuzzis were stunning, with a wonderful sense of peace around the place. It's ideally located if you want to be close to everything while still enjoying a uniquely tranquil setting. Everything felt carefully considered, right down to the smallest details. Many thanks to the attentive, caring staff. Highly recommend.

The heated pool was wonderful, and the room came with a Nespresso machine and Starbucks capsules, a bathrobe, and pool towels. I stayed for two nights, and the hotel was very close to Golden Beach, about a ten-minute walk, with several very good Greek restaurants nearby. The place was clean and showed attention to detail, including good-quality towels and bed linen. I recommend it to everyone!

Elias and the team were warm, helpful, and always available, and the service was outstanding. We loved the peaceful sea views and private plunge pool. For our first visit to Crete, Nuovo Luxury Suites Chania was a great choice for five nights. Our suite was comfortable, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the private pool and the view: ocean scenery in the daytime, then city lights at night. The location made it easy to explore, with the beach a short distance away and plenty of shops nearby. Our host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and shared great local tips. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a convenient spot, amazing views, a private pool, and a warm, helpful host.
