Villa Koulouridi

We came here to relax, and the peaceful setting surrounded by nature made that easy. The view is beautiful, the room was spotless, and the owners were genuinely kind and welcoming. A lovely quiet retreat.

We stayed eight nights, and the room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view over Chania Bay and the garden. There were domestic and exotic fruit trees, attractive decorations, and a pool that felt almost private. The air conditioning kept up even during some of summer’s hottest days. We also had a nice balcony, a football field, a pool table, a fully equipped professional kitchen, and a laundry room. The room was cleaned regularly. Germana was wonderful from the beginning. Our flight was delayed by two hours, but she stayed up late to welcome us and show us around. During the stay, she was always helpful, sharing useful sightseeing tips, suggesting a very nice local tavern just five minutes away, and helping with other things we needed. The location works well, though having a car makes getting around much easier. Public transport is available from a main road about a 10-minute walk away. Chania city center, Chrysi Akti, and Stalos are all a 5-10 minute drive. The villa is in a greener suburb and shows real respect for the nature around it. This was one of the best apartments we’ve found on Booking. Host, room, and value for money were all 10/10. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Chania.

The rooms are great, and we had no complaints about the place at all. The hosts are very friendly when you’re friendly with them too. I’d recommend staying here if you’re visiting.
