Perla Dream Luxury Villa

We had a great stay in this amazing villa, which is conveniently close to Golden Beach, a bus stop, and a supermarket that stays open until 1 am. The spacious pool and terraces have a lovely sea view, and you can watch the sunrise. The jacuzzi was a highlight, and all the facilities were top quality. Yorgos was a sweet, attentive, and friendly host who welcomed us with complimentary snacks, fruit, and drinks. He gave us good suggestions for day trips and restaurants, arranged our airport pickup, and surprised us with goodbye gifts. When we left, he even offered me a ride to the bus stop. I highly recommend the villa for a memorable stay in Chania!

Perla Dream was wonderful, and the best accommodation we’ve ever stayed in. We were greeted with snacks, drinks, bread, and fruit, which looked lovely and came in handy. The shower also had soap and lotion. The beautiful, spacious interior is well designed and has all the things you could need, from kitchen appliances and towels to slippers, board games, and laundry detergent. Everything was clean and ready for us. The peaceful location has a lovely sea view, and it’s only a few minutes’ walk to the beach or a shop. We never got tired of looking out at the water. The pool, jacuzzi, air conditioning, mosquito nets, and plenty of parking were all great extras, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The host was friendly, sociable, and quick to help with any questions. He clearly cares about the details and his guests, and we felt at home. We also got recommendations for places to eat and a small gift when we left. The beds were really comfortable, and we rested so well. It was hard to leave. I highly recommend this place, it deserves a rating higher than 10.

We loved how the house gave our family room to be together while still offering privacy. Each of the three spacious bedrooms has its own large bathroom, and there’s a generous shared living area with an open kitchen, terraces, a pool, and a tidy yard with space for more than three cars. The ground-floor terrace has a swimming pool, and there’s a jacuzzi on the first-floor terrace. Everything was clean and well cared for when we arrived. The villa feels like a modern family home, rather than a place furnished just for rentals. It’s all white and minimalist, with new, good-quality equipment. We had a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hair dryers, electric and microwave ovens, induction cooker, and coffee maker. The washer was especially handy for a short delicate wash after a day at the beach. We didn’t need the dryer since clothes dried overnight on the terrace racks. George Fortsakis welcomed us warmly and explained how the equipment worked, then gave us complete privacy throughout the week. We could still call him whenever we needed anything. The house exceeded our expectations. It’s in a quiet, convenient area near beautiful beaches, terraces, restaurants, and supermarkets. Thank you, George!

Everything was perfect, 100%. The hosts were so accommodating, and the place is absolutely stunning. It went beyond what we expected. We’ll definitely come back.
