The beach is about a five-minute walk away, with lovely palm views along the way, and the bus stop is right by the building, which made getting around really easy. We stayed for more than a week last year. The staff were kind and answered all our questions, and our little studio was clean and fresh each day, with a partial sea view. A couple of things could’ve worked better for us: you can’t switch on the AC while you’re out, and breakfast starts a bit late if you’re up early. We were really grateful for the stay.

The hotel is a long way from central Chania, but there’s a bus stop right outside and it takes about 15 minutes to get there. I liked the jacuzzi, and the room was nice. The staff were very friendly.

There are several tavernas and restaurants within walking distance, along with a bakery, coffee shops and supermarkets. Golden beach, with its great sandy shore, is walkable too, and Chania is very close. The rooms are modern and really nice, and the staff are excellent.
