The beach is probably the best around, and it’s only a few meters away. The hotel was clean and the hospitality was excellent. A great stay.

The beach here is beautiful, and it made a great base for exploring the island. We were there in June 2022 and wished we’d booked a longer stay. The rooms are simple but clean and good value. Our hostess was so welcoming, and brought an excellent breakfast made to order up to the tables outside our room. I’d stay again.

I had everything I needed, and the best beach on the island was right there. I stayed for a week, and choosing this place was easily the best decision of my vacation. The service was wonderful and welcoming, and the hotel felt super luxurious. Definitely the best choice on the island, I strongly recommend it!

The lovely little beach is right outside, and the main ferry port is just a stone’s throw away. With a car, the rest of the island is easy to get around, and our lovely hotelier can arrange one. There isn’t much else around the village, which is a bit of a shame, but that shouldn’t put you off Notaras. The hostess was fabulous and couldn’t do enough to help.

We spent 10 nights here with the kids, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel sits right above the beach in diakofti, where the water is a fantastic blue-green. It’s safe and kid friendly. The port is very close, and the airport is about a 15-minute drive away. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including fresh fruit and dairy. The owners and staff were so friendly and hospitable. I work in hospitality myself, and I consider their welcome exceptional. Thanks, Hotel Notaras. See you again soon!
