Three Stars Beach Hotel

The location was great, very close to the sea, and the pool was beautiful and stayed open late. The hotel itself was charming, with lovely flowers cared for each day. It was also nice that the air conditioning and mini fridge were free. But the food was cold every time, even when we arrived early for dinner, and it was basically the same each day. Breakfast started very early too. At check-in, we weren't given enough information about how things worked. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow, unusable in the rooms and barely worked in the lobby. Cleaning happened very late and at random times. Sometimes the staff came in after just one quick knock. The pillows and mattresses were much too soft and uncomfortable. I also didn't like having to pay for beach beds every day after we'd already paid so much for the hotel.

The hotel food was really tasty, and the staff were kind and helpful. We enjoyed our vacation here and I'd recommend it. The beach was clean, though getting into the sea was a bit difficult because there were lots of rocks. On the plus side, there were plenty of fish and other sea life. The hotel has a beautiful garden with lots of trees for shade. There are two kinds of sunbeds, casual ones for 3 euros each, or ones with a matrace for 5 euros each.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped, just what we needed to relax after a long day. Staff were friendly and genuinely helpful, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

Don't eat here. My wife had a bad allergic reaction right after eating and nearly had to go to hospital. Thankfully, we had an antihistamine pill. The tomato soup was horrible, and the octopus was even worse. It put my wife to bed. This was the worst restaurant we tried in Greece. I can't speak to the rooms, but I wouldn't eat here. The service people were nice, but the chef should have been fired yesterday. It felt like a tourist trap.
