I planned to stay one night while doing the Menalon trail, but ended up staying four. Leaving was genuinely hard. Yanis was so kind and attentive, always checking that I had what I needed and felt comfortable. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and cared for. The hotel has a peaceful, cozy atmosphere and lots of charm, and it really felt like home away from home. If you’re visiting Dimitsana, it’s a perfect place to stay. Highly, highly recommended.

The manager was extremely kind and went out of his way to help. Since we were there in the off season, he personally drove us to Stemnitsa, where the hiking trail back to Dimitsana starts. The bathrooms are a bit cramped but okay. One downside: he tends to have the TV on loud in the evening, which is unfortunate if you’re in a ground-floor room, since there’s basically no sound insulation.

Our host was incredibly kind, even offering tea and oranges while we played a game in the lobby. The balcony room had an amazing view, and the bed was large and comfy. It’s a great base for walkers, and breakfast was excellent. One of the best places we stayed in Greece.

Dione by the City was a wonderful place to stay, in what felt like the best spot in the village, with a beautiful valley view. The bedroom was very clean, and the showers were warm. Romana was super friendly and helpful. Thanks so much, I’d definitely recommend staying here.
