Karras Grande Resort

We felt welcomed like old friends at Karras Grande Resort, with such genuine Greek warmth. It was a family holiday booked through Jet2, and it went beyond what we expected. The beach is an easy 10-minute walk, and we felt the stay was worth every penny. Olga brought so much energy and warmth at reception. She gave us useful tips and was lovely to chat with over coffee. Nikos, the hotel manager, was caring and quick to help whenever we needed anything. For my husband's 35th birthday, Takis arranged a complimentary upgrade to a modern, spotless Junior Suite in Building C and surprised him with a complimentary birthday cake. Nikos also checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well. The food was fresh, simple, and delicious, even our picky 12-year-old daughter enjoyed it. Thanks to Olga, Nikos, and the whole team for a memorable vacation. We'll definitely be back.

I spent a week here in May with my partner, and I have no complaints. I'd like to return. This was my first time on this island, though I've been to other Greek islands many times. We had a first-floor room facing one of the pools. There are three pools and two bars, while the restaurant is in a separate building just a short walk from reception. The hotel is well maintained and fairly modern. Our room was cleaned daily to a good standard, reception was staffed 24 hours, and room service was available. Every staff member we met was friendly, efficient, and helpful. Meals are buffet style, with reasonable options at breakfast, lunch, and dinner for most people. I have an allergy, and the staff were patient and helpful in explaining the dishes. The salads were fresh and delicious every day. The young Irish entertainer was very chatty and worked incredibly hard, though I can't remember his name. The bar team were helpful and professional, especially Marinos.

We spent our family holiday here in May 2026, and everything was spot on. The hotel has been nicely renovated, the Wi-Fi is strong, and both the rooms and the beautiful, clear pool area are very clean. Everyone we met, from the bar team to the restaurant staff and reception, was incredibly friendly. Olga at reception deserves a special mention for her warm welcome and excellent service. It was my birthday trip, and the manager made it memorable with a generous room upgrade and a lovely birthday cake. The whole team made us feel at home. Really good stay at Karras Grande Resort, highly recommend it.

We had a really nice stay, thank you to everyone. The hotel was clean, and our room was tidy, with fresh towels, coffee, tea, a kettle, and an iron and ironing board. There was also a clothes dryer and a large balcony where we could have morning coffee or an evening drink. The food was delicious, always fresh and hot, and regularly replenished. There were also tasty cookies and desserts. The staff were cheerful, friendly, and ready to help. Even at the last minute, they arranged a free restaurant table and a birthday cake, which I really appreciated. The location was ideal, close to a lovely beach, shops, restaurants, car hire, and places arranging trips. I highly recommend it.
