The attic beds, reached by a ladder, give each room a chalet-like feel that really suits Arachova. Everything looked new after the renovation, and the built-in furniture adds a traditional touch. Breakfast is stored in sealed vacuum packs in the fridge, so you can have it whenever you like, and it feels Covid-safe if that’s a concern. There’s also a fireplace, plus a safe, capsule coffee machine, iron, hairdryer, plenty of shampoo and body cream, and slippers. The room sleeps up to six, so I’d come back and bring friends.

A lovely guesthouse in Arachova, up on Mount Parnassus. It’s an easy trip from Athens and close to Delphi and the ski slopes. Definitely recommend it.

Tina was so helpful, from finding us places to eat and rent ski gear to locating a place for our flight-back Covid test. Thanks, Tina, you’re the best! The room worked really well for our family, with a small living room where we could all sit together. One of our best vacations.

The atmosphere in room Estrella was amazing, and it was perfectly clean. We had a private jacuzzi on the balcony too. We’ll certainly be back soon!

The room is lovely, and you can tell the owners paid attention to the details. It’s just behind Arachova’s main street, which is handy. There’s no parking at the property, so finding a spot in the centre takes a bit of luck. Still, we had an amazing stay.
