The house was clean, well equipped and in a safe, quiet neighborhood, close to Drepano center and the beach. The owner gave us a warm welcome, and the people on the first floor were friendly too. They taught us a few Greek words. On foot, we could reach Homorfy Goonia: Epar.Od. Drepanou - Kantias 13, Drepano, a really good Greek restaurant with big portions and affordable prices. There’s live Greek music on Sundays, and the restaurant owners and waiters were lovely. They even gave us watermelon and house wine for free. Drepano also has a great bakery, Sophia’s Bakery. We’re looking forward to staying again at the Family House in this charming village.

The owner was wonderful, and from the moment we arrived I felt at home. We stayed for seven days as a family of four, and the accommodation was one of the best we’ve had, with a great balance of quality and price. It was fully equipped, recently renovated and spotless, with comfortable beds, one double and two singles. The two bedrooms and living room gave us plenty of space. The village is good for a quiet, relaxing break, with everything we needed: a supermarket, kitchen, bakeries and an organized, spotless beach. Nafplio is only ten minutes away for a walk around.

The owner, Mr. Dimitris, made sure we felt happy and looked after from the first minute to the last, even when he wasn’t there. The house sits on a hill in a quiet part of the village and works well as a base for different excursions. It was spotless, practical and spacious. Sleep matters a lot to me, and the very good, comfortable mattresses meant I could rest properly and get on with the day. When we come back to this area, I know I’ll choose it again. Dimitris, thanks for everything!
