Dealing with the people at this place was the most stressful part of my trip. They were rude and unwilling to help, and I felt they cared about getting paid more than the guests’ experience. I couldn’t change my dates, and when bad weather meant I had to spend an extra night somewhere else, they wouldn’t cancel my reservation or offer even a partial refund for the night I couldn’t use. I still had to make it to my booking, disrupting my plans, and they were quick to try to charge extra fees after keeping the money for that unused night. I asked about a late checkout and got no reply. Checkout was at 11am, but a cleaner was already at the door by 10, so I had to rush out. I wish I could give zero stars. Find somewhere else if you want to avoid this kind of customer service. What a disappointment.

The owners kept in touch so well throughout my stay, and they took care of what I needed and more. There’s no reception, but they stored my luggage and brought it to the room once it was ready. The place was cozy and super clean, in a perfect spot: a 2-7 minute walk from central locations and 15 minutes on foot from the Acropolis. I’ll definitely come back.

We only stayed one night at Rooster Luxury Suites, and it was a treat. The management sorted out our early arrival and late checkout quickly and professionally, and went out of their way to help. We were right in downtown, just a few minutes from the metro. A fantastic stay from beginning to end.

The apartment had everything we needed, and the shower was great. It’s spacious and clean, with helpful hosts, and using access codes made coming and going easy. There are lots of places to eat and drink right nearby. The kids’ cartoon towel was a lovely little touch.

The apartment was clean, with a good shower, and you can get around easily from here. It’s a nice place in central Athens. The street is a bit noisy, so light sleepers should bring earplugs.
