The location was great, and our room had a very nice view. But I stayed for just one night and had to wait outside for almost two hours before anyone came to let us in. There wasn't a coffee machine in the room either, which was disappointing. Better service and amenities could make this a much better stay.

I won't recommend Tramontana Suites after how this was handled. Three days before we arrived for a one-night stay, Management called to cancel my reservation because of “Technical issues.” They said they'd tried their best to find somewhere else but couldn't. I checked myself, and the last-minute options available were €500 - €600 a night. I asked for reimbursement for our non-refundable ferry tickets; the agent said he needed to check with the owner, then denied the request an hour later. It was very unprofessional and unacceptable. The weekend mattered to my family because I had planned it for my husband's milestone birthday. The owner does not belong in the hospitality industry!

The place was very spacious and cleaned every day. We loved the spectacular sunrise view and the beach right in front, perfect for a morning swim. We'll be back!

Mr. Kostas and Toko were very kind. The location was nice, and the rooms, sheets, and towels were spotless, with fresh changes every day. The shower faucet didn't work properly and had almost no pressure, so bathing was difficult. The accommodation was overpriced.
