The staff were really kind and welcoming, and our clean, lovely room looked out at Mount Olympus. It’s very close to the ski resort, and I’d recommend it for couples or families. It feels like an ideal place to stay.

Ms. Anastasia was very good, but we had a terrible stay. The room was very cold, with the radiator at 19 degrees. We’d chosen a room with a fireplace to warm it up, but were given six pieces of wood and told we weren’t entitled to more. We left at 7 in the evening and didn’t stay the night because our little one couldn’t settle, so I didn’t sleep that night either. They still kept the full 80 euros, with no breakfast or anything included.

The people were hospitable and the place was clean, but the accommodation was mediocre. It was very small and didn’t have all the amenities advertised. We also didn’t like the village.
