This was my worst Airbnb experience. My flatmate and I booked separate rooms because, obviously, we weren't sleeping together. The app clearly said we had paid for two bedrooms and two separate beds, but the reception staff led us to a room with just one bed. I spent half an hour on the phone trying to sort it out with the Airbnb owner. When I said I'd report that we hadn't received what we paid for, they became really aggressive. We eventually took our things and left for another place. We had also paid the tourist tax, and it wasn't refunded when we left. To be clear, the family on reception were understanding and did a great job. They were just following very stupid instructions from the Airbnb owner, who yelled at them on the phone instead of trying to find a solution everyone could accept. To the Airbnb owner, here's my review. Come and get me if you can, I'm already far away! :)
