Mantilida Villa

Emporio was lovely, and the location made it easy to get around. The pool area is fantastic, and the property is kept up extremely well, with tasteful decor inside and out. It’s a lovely place, and I’ll stay there again on my next trip to Santorini.

The cave villa made a real impression on me from the moment I walked in, and I’m still very happy here. Thank you, Mantilida, for such a beautiful space. It’s huge, with a big living room, a small kitchen and table, a comfortable master bed, plenty of clothing storage, and a large bathroom with a really nice rain shower. The air conditioning works great. My cave has its own router, so the Wi-Fi is great, though there’s no cell service. There’s Wi-Fi by the pool too, but it’s not the best, even though you can get online. The pool area is nice to sit around, but the water felt cold, probably because it’s so hot outside. The loungers could use some attention. It’s a bit of a way from the beach, which makes sense for a cave room, since those are dug into the mountainside. If you have mobility issues, this may not suit you. For a family, though, it could be perfect.

It was okay.

The inside felt warm and was well equipped, with lovely decor, and we slept very well. Outside, the pool, rooftop terrace, greenery, and beautiful surroundings were stunning. It’s a great fit for a family. We’ll hold on to lovely memories of our stay, and the photos really do show it all.
