The service was the best part, and the pool was great too. Breakfast was even better than the good lunch menu, though I can't tell whether the buffet is always offered or was included because of my yoga retreat. The rooms were clean and had enough equipment, and the property is beautiful, with lovely sunset views.

The owner went further than anyone at a hotel I've stayed in to make things work for me. The people here were the friendliest and nicest of my month-long vacation. Rooms are roomy, clean, and comfortable, and there's a lovely pool and patio overlooking the ocean. The staff are pleasant and friendly, with great advice on places to visit, getting there, and Ikaria. As other reviews mention, having your own transport is useful. If you can, seek out a panagyri!!! Top notch experience, highly recommended.

The bar and restaurant on site could use more variety, and I found the prices disappointing. Still, the hotel makes a great base for exploring by car, right between Evdilos and Armenistis. The rooms were very clean, with housekeeping every day, and the large pool was a welcome break from Ikaria's often choppy waters. I highly recommend it and would gladly stay again.

It took us until the last day to notice the sliding panel outside the balcony door that blocks the sun, which had been waking us at 6am. Besides that, the place is beautiful, the staff are wonderful, and the pool is great. Getting around can be difficult because there aren't many taxis, so having a car is best.
